Course Fee: INR 8800
Course Time: 16 hours (3 days)
Pre-requisite: There is no special requirement to attend this course.
"TantSU" is based on Zen-Shiatsu and was inspired by Harold Dull. It is a similar bodywork therapy to Watsu that frees the body on land, as we do in water. Students will connect to the breath and explore a creative sequence of positions and movements similar to ”Yoga-Contact-Stretching”. You will learn to use your body to stretch meridians, muscles and rotate articulations while holding energetic centers. A TANTSU session evolves a “free-style” dance-like bodywork based on the respiration of the receiver, thereby simultaneously relaxes the physical body and mind while raising the body’s vital energy.

Aqua Reflexo is a new method of aquatic bodywork which consists in stimulating reflex points of all organs through acupressure on the reflex points and promoting relaxation. The pressure points are less sensitive but the work on the body is deeper within flow water than on land. The energetic system becomes balanced. This course takes place between land and water by addressing the action on the meridians and the wonderful sensation of floating by the Watsu®. An approach of the theory of reflexology adjusted with the pleasure of the practice in warm water.

WATERNESS 1
with Sophie Costes
18-20 March
Course Fee: INR 10200
Course Time: 18 hours (3 days Waterness journey™)
Pre-requisite: Open to all, from the curious to the water lover
The course offers a change for students who already have experience in water work.In the technique, we add the dimensions of timing and quality of listening.
The field of interactivity is opened. We move towards the possibility of a fluid and improvised dance where the receiver can potentially shift from passive to active, spontaneously interacting with the element and the one who support him.
The invitation is to break the traditional relationship of giver/receiver to evolve from primary movements to a dance of two, on and under the water line.
Complemented by somatic techniques and movement in water and on land, as well as meditation.
Waterness journey is an investigation for a new aquatic language.
