Accommodations



Our fifty five bungalows are spread over 35 acres by the beach. No two bungalows are alike, and each one is uniquely designed and created by various artists, designers and architects from all around the world.


We are committed to the environment that we live in, and many of our bungalows are reclaimed from Colonial houses, Chettinad palaces and Kerala planter’s mansions. We bring together luxury, and pure natural living.

Our bungalows are fully equipped with solar water systems, low consumption bulbs and organic linen. Not all our accommodation has air conditioning for environmental reasons, however, most of the time we have a refreshing sea breeze which you can enjoy from the comfort of your own private garden, lounge or terrace.

Booking Policy

The tariff for double occupancy inclusive of breakfast in the Fun Restaurant. Taxes extra as applicable. Peak season supplement applicable from 16th Dec' 16 to 02nd Jan' 17. Tariff subject to change without notice. Extra person: Adult Rs.2250/-, Child (12 to below 18 yrs) Rs.1400/- , (05 to below 12 yrs) Rs.565-. Reservations are confirmed on advance payment of 100 % of the hotel room charges. Check in 1400 hrs, Check out 1100 hrs. Cash, Credit cards: Master & Visa cards are accepted.


Refund & Cancellation Policy


Reservations are guaranteed with an advance payment. Cancellation of a reservation between 30 days to 15 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation by the hotel(s). In case of no show or cancellation within 14 days of arrival, will incur a cancellation charge for the entire length of stay. The house names may vary depending on the availability Payment gateway/credit card/fee as applicable levied for all cancellations.

Save for disclosures required by law in any relevant jurisdiction and the disclosure of your name, email address and your credit card details for completing your booking with the relevant hotel of your choice, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent.
