In order to give you the best organic vegetable and fruit we run 2 farm. One is in Pondicheery at «Dune» and one is in the Palni hill next to Kodaikanal, our other initiative «Elephant Valley Eco Farm Hotel», certified Organic by IMO swistzerland.
Our food is made-to-order, using fresh organic products as much as possible. The bread, the jam, the pastries are all home made. We don’t use any canned product or ready made frozen dish. No Glutamate. No chemicals colors and other taste enhancer.
Saffron restaurant also promotes healthy food, Ayurvedic food, Low carb food or Gluten free food.
Our Chef loves an exchange with the customer, so feel free to speak to him for any special meal requests or if you have to follow a diet; he will do his best to cater to your needs.
