Accommodations

We have built our twenty bungalows to be eco-friendly. Each one is equipped with solar lights, low consumption bulbs, and firewood fuelled hot water showers. During the winter nights you can warm up our cast iron wood stoves.

Our bungalows have been tastefully and artistically created using local products– locally sourced granite, reclaimed doors, windows and wood. We have used tasteful colonial and art deco furniture to decorate each bungalow in a unique way. Each cottage has its own private garden overlooking the Gangavaar River and our coffee plantation.

Booking Policy

Current rate valid till 17th Dec' 15. 20 % peak season supplement applicable from 18th Dec ' 15 to 03rd Jan' 16. The tariff for double occupancy inclusive of breakfast in the Restaurant. Taxes extra as applicable. 10 % supplementary charges applicable from 01st Apr' 16 to 31st May' 16. Tariff subject to change without notice. Extra person: Adult Rs.2250/-, Child (12 to below 18 yrs) Rs.1400/- , (05 to below 12 yrs) Rs.565-. Reservations are confirmed on ad advance payment of 100 % of the hotel room charges. Check in 1300 hrs, Check out 1000 hrs. Cash, Credit cards: Master & Visa cards are accepted.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Reservations are guaranteed with an advance payment. Cancellation of a reservation between 30 days to 15 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation by the hotel(s). In the case of a no show or cancellation within 14 days of arrival, a cancellation charge for the entire length of stay will be incurred. The house names may vary depending on the availability Payment gateway/credit card/fee as applicable levied for all cancellations.

Privacy Policy

Elephant Valley uses high ethical standards and respects your privacy. Save for disclosures required by law in any relevant jurisdiction and the disclosure of your name, email address and your credit card details for completing your booking with the relevant hotel of your choice, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent.
